February 2, 2018, 2:43pm. Bawdy Exposure. 26 yr old Hispanic male, 5'9", was caught on camera pissing on the mall grounds. Mall security was very first alerted by a shopping family, resulting in the suspect being apprehended and detained. The suspect was tumultuous and uncooperative, requesting his hands to be confined while being brought in for processing. While in custody, the suspect continued to be difficult with the Loss Prevention Officer. He was questioned and unclothe searched following normal protocols. An understanding was reached by the suspect and the Loss Prevention Officer, and he was released sans involvement of law .
