Set in a fabulous 15th century castle on the outskirts of Rome, Italy. An unsuspecting Yankee tourist toyed by Eddie Stone travels to Europe for an adventure of a lifetime and ends up the gimp of a mugging. With his passport, Euros and Passport gone, Eddie is enticed to the Italian castle by Joe Foster and briefly finds out it is a sexual playground for magnificent Italian men. A weekend of steamy dates ends up with some scorching twists and turns in the labyrinths of the grounds. With a surprise ending, this is one story not briefly to be forgotten. When the cast arrived at the location, they were informed that the castle was haunted by the gates keeper. The team was kept on their toes all week by every noise and creak they heard. The ancient castle used for the set of When in Rome dates back to the 15th century and is built on a rock outcrop in a magnificent Italian suburb inbetween two enormous green valleys. The castle has a fat lawn with swimming pool, outward showers, loungers, volleyball court, fireplace, hiking routes, underground passages, a cellar-like colon and sauna. All were used as impressive sets for the movie.
