The Stillest Hour: Part One

Time is a jokey thing. So regularly we want more of it, yet regularly we are wishing it would move quicker. And at times I just desire it would stop, if just for a moment, so that I could have the luxury of switching or pinching that one moment I regret, or attempt to do it differently (don't we all.) But that is what wishful thinking and fantasizes are made of. As I get older, I find the time that is most important is NOW. It is a powerful place to be, yet how regularly are we thinking about past regrets, or hoping, or fearing what the future will bring— rather than be introduce to what is happening NOW.
