He sure as bang makes for a fantastic medic, but there’s no denying the fact that Shane Hirch proves himself to be a bit of a Voyeurism Tom when he sends his youthful patient, Logan Lech, off to another apartment to take a urine sample. Cue some early pee activity as the patient jerks his bladder for the cameras; before Lech comebacks to the exam apartment so that Hirch can undertake some closer investigations. Of course by this point you just know that the doctor will have the teenage out of his clothes in no time at all; and suffice it to say that Hirch’s medical studying soon commences to focus on Lech’s crotch. Pulling Lech’s salami from his trousers, Hirch gets down on his knees and munches anxiously on the boy’s fantastic salami – a move that’s quickly replicated by Lech, whose appetite for hard, uncircumcised man-meat is arguably even more intense than that his of co-star! Chances are, of course, you’ll be unbuckling in white pearly anticipation; yet matters only intensify still farther when Lech turns his focal-point to Hirch’s fuzzy tiny arse-hole and commences to thumbs the doctor’s pucker.
