Both sonnies of Montreal, they have at one time or another been both mates and rivals. Both dudes have hefty personalities (and egos) and it's safe to say Pierre and Jake have more than once crossed paths in Montreal -- even sharing the same ex-boyfriends. Over the years, they have truly become senior school frenemies. For 3 years now, I have seen them in many situations together -- from Pierre supporting Jake in his quest to become the next Fleshjack fellow to their jokey "wifey" vignette in Project GoGo Boy.
