The brutish skins are back in Skinheads: The Therapist Sessions and this time they're getting hard and nasty. Next, the physician catches a meaty messy construction website skinhead attempting to rob drugs from the doctor's medicine cabinet and makes him pay in another gonzo pissing, banging and piss-fucking session. In the final gonzo scene, the hapless physician is on his knees, his throat inserted with two skinhead's rock hard pricks.
