It's not rare to have a moocher or 2 at the House. A lot of these fellows were brought up with absolutely no respect for anyone else's property, so they just pilfer something when they want it. He comes from the Deep South, so he's polite enough to your face, but damned if he wouldn't steal your belt right off your denim if he had a chance.
