Bro Calhoun - likes being the Ward Mission Leader. It gives him epic pride and joy to be able to enrich the practices of the missionaries. He had the time of his life when he was an elder and made good friends. He dreamed his current calling to be similarly fun, and be an chance to bond and build fresh friendships. For one thing, he stood out because of his lengthy facial hair and a rugged sight which did not exactly combine in with the otherwise tidy cut, modern boys of the church. But pruning is not a requirement for priesthood leaders, just the youthfull missionary boys. So this was mostly just a clash of aesthetics. But Strang was also fairly friendly. Unusually friendly.
