A fabulously skinny youthful twink like Leo Ocean apparently has his work cut out to get all beefy up, but his personal trainer, fresh boy Joel Vargas, has pile ideas of how to bulk his body in the gym. Some are pretty conventional – like hoisting weights, for example.
