I encountered Jacob at one of the local beaches where he was catching some rays with his GF. I kept an eye on him for awhile and as luck would have it, his Girlfriend headed off to a concession stand just down the beach. I wasted no time in ambling over and and beating up a dialogue with him. While chatting with him over the course of a few minutes, I detected he was completing his degree at one of the local college's and would be returning back home in the next couple months to begin his job search to in his words "pay for that chunk of paper they are providing me".
