Fernando is the manager of the License Hotel, a respected Motel in São Paulo, where Lucas Rocha determined to remain during a biz trip. Upon arriving there, Lucas is highly well received by Fernando, who ensures a remain worthy of a VIP guest. Upon arriving at the rented apartment, however, Lucas realizes that the internet is not working. Already frustrated by the problem, he calls reception, asking someone to restore his connection. Since Lucas is such an important guest at the hotel, Fernando himself heads to the guest room to try to help him.
