I've frequently said my favorite way to film one of these episodes is to just spin the cameras on and let the boys go at it and do their thing, and that's precisely what we get to witness Tristan and Noah do here. These 2 were draping out and chatting briefly before filming this, and got to learn about each other's turn ons and what indeed gets them going in bed.
