Gavin Waters and Franco Ferrari both helped come up with the concept for this vignette and contributed to directing it. Dominic told them that after 4 years, they were eventually leaving New York City. As this would be the final vignette Ford shot on his original set (and in the city), they indeed wanted to flash off the city. They came up with a excellent idea: Gavin would go jogging on the West Side Highway, and then do some light exercising on Ford's rooftop, neglecting all of Manhattan. On the roof, Franco (who was getting some sun) finds him and they start making out with the backdrop of the whole city behind them.
