This film, mixing fiction and documentary, is considered to be one of the nicer French 'porno homo' of its time. Across the film there are voice-over readings of the letters written by Paul to Jerome.The first-ever scene takes place in an abattoir (not warehouse), where the protagonist is presented to the pleasures of knuckle fucking. There are carcasses of beasts and the blood is used for lubricant, (le héros découvre les joies du knuckle boning dans un abbatoir aggripé aux cadavres d'animaux, leur sang servant de gel intime). The original film's runtime was 95 min. Bijou video's version of this, From Paris To Fresh York, is terribly butchered, cutting out virtually all of the storyline scenes. It also excises all of the going knuckle deep act and most likely 3/4 of the leather pub orgy.
