Director's Note from Jake Jaxson: Today I'm proud to unleash The Banker, part one of the 5 part miniseries Answered Prayers. Part one starlets the stand-out CockyBoys off the hook performers Jake Bass and Ricky Roman, with a sugary-sweet cameo by Max Carter-- don't worry, you'll be eyeing a pile more of Max in the upcoming films! I was recently asked what Answered Pleas is about. My answer was simple: Fear... Fear's ruinous energy and what it takes to hammer it. It's a very private project for me. Earlier this year, when I was experiencing my own experiencing of success and triumph, I still had these little expresses inside my head whispering and attempting to entice me into deeds based on fear, upset, and anger. At night, at times I'd lull myself to sleep devising more and more intricate ways to "get even" or exact vengeance on someone that's wronged me-- come on, we've all done it! You know: those diabolical fantasizes involving a co-worker, an over-zealous dance mom, your parent or sibling. Have you ever wondered where those little voice in your head come from? The ones that have the energy keep us OUT of distress and so frequently get us INTO trouble? Oh, these voices-- how they dance around inside our goes and whisper sweet nothings in our ear. They encourage and justify our every move, frolicking on our finest hopes and dreads like a harp from hell. Answered Pleas is my answer to those emotions-- those feelings that can bring out the grossest sides of ourselves. Each of the 5 films are based on a human archetype: The Banker The Hooligan The Healer The Lamb The Actor Intertwined in each of the films is a family feud inbetween 2 , Jinks (Jake Bass) and Malic (Max Carter), ancient beings, each struggling for the hearts and minds of mankind-- HYPOCRISY, manipulation, fear, loathing, revenge, secrets, luck, and love, all highlight an astounding struggle. A war for the Ages! I expect you love it as much as I did making it! Let me also take this time to thank all of YOU, our members, friends, fans, affiliates-- Boys & Femmes from around the world-- without your support of our films and performers, we wouldn't have the luxury to deliver and experiment with films like this.
